Jörg Ritscher is the founder and managing director of THEATER-INTERAKTIV. Since 1997 he has been developing interactive theater and scenic forms of learning and dialogue for large and small groups. He enriches meetings, trainings and events with humorous impulses, as well as with creative and result-oriented moderation. The inventor of interactive corporate theater (TOI method) wrote his thesis on ‘Theater Education in Personnel Development’ as early as 1997 and has since published several essays, articles and a specialist book on the practical application of interactive corporate theater. Current focus of work: Conception and moderation of trainings and large group events with and without company theater, design and implementation of interactive network and learning events.
