Anja Sagara Ritter

Anja Sagara Ritter started to help organizations with developmental and people with participation processes almost 15 years ago. She believes in the potential that is released when people are met with trust and supported with suitable methods and further training courses. When she met Frithjof Bergmann, she was also introduced to sociocracy. It was immediately clear to her that this was what she really wanted: to spread sociocracy in organizations, among executives, in teams, and all around the globe. The positive impact that arises when people are not only heard but find creative solutions together, participate in decision-making and take responsibility for their decisions is enormous and keeps inspiring her.
